Brit's Custody Hearing Will Go On Without Her
Both Brit's attorney, Anne Kiley, and K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, showed up at court for their scheduled custody hearing this morning.
We're told the court is waiting on the arrival of Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, who as conservator, may be acting in her stead.
