Jamie To Remain Brit's Conservator!
We're hearing that, despite Adam Streisand's appeal, Jamie Spears will continue to be Brit's conservator until February 14th.

UPDATE - The court has also decided to appoint a new doctor to assess Brit's mental competency. Their subsequent medical report will then be gone over during the next hearing on February 14th.
The judge has ordered Brit to have no contact (text, phone, email - anything) with Sam Lufti. The restraining order against Sam is also being revised and reissued today.
Trope and Trope remain as Brit's lawyers, despite father Jamie's attempts to have them removed - and vice versa.
